If USD is the quoted currency

For currency pairs that are USD quoted, 1 PIP is the movement of the currency pair in either direction by .0001. If EURUSD moved from 1.1297 to 1.1298, then it is called a 1 PIP movement.
The smallest lot size allowed to trade is a mico lot. The lot size is 1000 for a micro lot. One PIP costs $.01 or 1 cent in a mico lot. When trading using normal lot sizes of 100,000, one PIP will cost $10.00.
